Jane's First Steps

Just 4 days shy of her first birthday, Jane took her first steps!! And as excited as I was, I still had the presence of mind to throw my camera phone at my dad to have him record it. She only took about two actual steps, but they are steps nonetheless! Funny thing too--Jack took HIS first steps just THREE days shy of his first birthday. Looks like they're on the same timeframe; although Miss Jane is definitely into EVERYTHING compared to our cautious little Jack. So I might not be celebrating these steps in the coming months, as they translate into running, and soon...escaping! These firsts are always so exciting and remind me of just how blessed I am to be able to stay home with my kids so I never miss these milestones--however big or little.
